Yes. Non-stick frying pans allow for oil- and fat-free cooking. However, a bare minimum oil or fat may be added for taste.

Before first time use, wash and dry the frying pan. Then heat up the pan, remove it from the heat and wipe the entire cooking surface with a tablespoonful of oil using a paper napkin. Now the non-stick cookware is ready to use.

Hand washing with mild detergent. Dishwasher not preferable as it might adversely affect the utensil in long term.. Never use steel wool, steel scouring pads or harsh detergents. Nylon scrubbing pads are safe. It is best to use warm water and mild detergent.
What kind of heat is permissible for cooking?
Low and medium heat is permissible for cooking. Overheating may dry out the surface of the pan and make it liable to chipping. This kind of damage is not covered by the warranty.
What kind of utensils should I use with non-stick saucepans?
Spatulas in nylon, plastic or wood are preferable. In general, avoid sharp utensils as they will scratch the non-stick surface. Never cut food inside the pan with a knife or use metal whisk.
